@Ask_Spectrum Just doubled checked my notification settings. There are all set to notify me. NotBoth by text and email and push. Obviously they don't work since this is the 3rd "planned" outage in my area and I was surprised by all of them.

@Ask_Spectrum ***update*** I just went through my old emails for the hell of it and found one labeled 'Welcome To Spectrum Notifications'. Is this the email you were referring to? If so, then yes I did get and they're all setup correctly but I only get emails regarding billing. Never texts.

My @GetSpectrum bill went up $15 since it’s been a year from my start with them. $75 a month for unreliable internet is nuts and the worst part about this is that I DON’T HAVE OTHER OPTIONS.

All services are out & according to My Spectrum app, they're down for "PLANNED MAINTENANCE". If these outages are "planned", how about notifying us IN ADVANCE? Text, email, smoke signals... It's always overnights. Start screwing w/ the daytime people.@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum

Went back to @Ask_Spectrum Streaming a few months back. Currently in our 2nd mass outage and also can’t understand why we don’t get NESN+ when the website clearly states availability in every package offered. #BeBetter

Congratulations @Ask_Spectrum on losing money from someone wanting to upgrade their service. Your website won't let me upgrade my service. It tells me to download the app on my phone. The app on my phone won't let me upgrade my service - it tells me to call. /1

@Ask_Spectrum Service still down in St. Louis area. Don't need a canned response asking for my user name and account number. It's a widespread issue. I'd like to know suspected cause and estimated time to repair.Or are you going to refund if we contact you?
