90 minutes waiting in line at @GetSpectrum to add acc network and doesn’t show up. Call in waste 30 mins to transfer to billing. says it’s repairs dept. All to get a channel I’ve paid for 3 months now. Just want the channels being paid for. And we wonder why people cut the cord

@Galley99 @GetSpectrum Same here. I called @GetSpectrum and the customer service rep said it was my computers problem, that I need t call Apple to figure it out. I didn’t change the settings, internet was fast in October. Starting getting slow late November for me. I’ve called twice.

Congratulations @Ask_Spectrum on losing money from someone wanting to upgrade their service. Your website won't let me upgrade my service. It tells me to download the app on my phone. The app on my phone won't let me upgrade my service - it tells me to call. /1

@Ask_Spectrum Service still down in St. Louis area. Don't need a canned response asking for my user name and account number. It's a widespread issue. I'd like to know suspected cause and estimated time to repair.Or are you going to refund if we contact you?
