@thephysicsgirl @GetSpectrum I live in a country with horrible internet speed. I found that buying a good router and using the modem in bridge mode helps a lot. I don't know if this could apply to your case, I hope it hepls.

After sitting on hold with @GetSpectrum for over 4 hours over the last 2 weeks, this loop of how great they are is complete nonsense. They aren't open about their prices. They are completely clueless as to fixing things. And I'm tried of explaining the same problem every time

@Ask_Spectrum I'll just call in the morning. The internet keeps cutting out every 5-10 minutes and I had to cancel my Twitch stream. I'm sorry for swearing. It was in the heat of the moment and uncalled for and I do apologize.

@Ask_Spectrum Do you have a customer service email? I tried calling about the same issue twice and apparently it's still unresolved, and going through the phone menus is super annoying. Can I just email someone?

@GetSpectrum new customers think again. It takes a ton of time to manage account services and if you cancel there is NO REFUNDING. Spectrum “doesn’t refund”

@Ask_Spectrum ...there's a technician working on it and you're sorry for the inconvenience. Ok, I suppose that's the best you can do. But the outage last night is resolved, so what else can you offer as assistance? All I really want is for someone at Spectrum to take this problem seriously.
