What is the Panera Unlimited Sip Club Subscription?
For $14.99/month plus tax, you can enjoy any size drip hot coffee, hot tea, iced coffee, iced tea, lemonade, or fountain beverage every two (2) hours during regular bakery-café hours, including free refills of the same beverage at any participating U.S. Panera Bread bakery-cafes. You can choose any sizedrip hot coffee, hot tea, iced coffee, iced tea, lemonade, or fountain beverage when redeeming your subscription benefits. Cold Brew, espresso drinks, and other beverages are not included in your subscription.

How do I sign up for an Unlimited Sip Club Subscription?
You can subscribe online atwww.PaneraBread.com/UnlimitedSipClub, in the Subscriptions section of the Panera Bread app, or at a kiosk where available in participating U.S. Panera Bread bakery-cafes.

What kinds of beverages can I get with my Unlimited Sip Club subscription?
Your subscription includes one (1) cup ofany flavordrip hot coffee, hot tea, iced coffee, iced tea, lemonade, or fountain beverage every two (2) hours during regular bakery-cafe hours, including free refills of the same beverage at any participating U.S. Panera Bread bakery-cafes. Cold Brew, espresso drinks, and other beverages are not included in your subscription.

How do I redeem my subscription?
It’s easy! Your Unlimited Sip Club Subscription benefits work just like MyPanera rewards. When placing an order, you can either swipe your MyPanera Card, enter your phone number, or log in to your MyPanera account to access your rewards. Look for a reward with the name "Unlimited Sip Club National" and redeem it as you normally would.

Do I need to be a member of the MyPanera rewards program to sign up for an Unlimited Sip Club subscription?
Yes. Only members of MyPanera can sign up for a subscription, but it's easy to join. You can create a free MyPanera account today.

Will I still earn MyPanera rewards when using my Unlimited Sip Club subscription?
Yes, your visit will count towards earning rewards if your order includes a purchase. However, if you order only a hot coffee, hot tea, iced coffee, iced tea, lemonade, or fountain beverage using your subscription benefits, that visit will not count as a visit toward your next reward.

Why do I need to store a credit card in my MyPanera account?
Because this is a subscription program with a monthly recurring fee, we require a stored credit card for monthly billing purposes. Please also make sure the credit card you'd like to be charged is set to default. Note that the default credit card will be used for all digital orders.

How do I renew my subscription each month?
Your Unlimited Sip Club subscription will automatically renew each month. The monthly fee will be charged to the payment method you provided when you signed up for your MyPanera account (or such other payment method as you have designated to be charged) as noted in theTerms and Conditions.

When will I be billed each month?
The billing cycle is determined by the date you sign up for the subscription. The billing cycle is every 30 days from the date you enroll in our Unlimited Sip Club subscription.

How do I cancel my Unlimited Sip Club subscription?
Go to the Subscription section atwww.PaneraBread.com/UnlimitedSipClubor visit the Panera Bread app to cancel your subscription. Contact Customer Care at 1-855-372-6372 if you have any trouble.

What size coffee is included with an Unlimited Sip Club subscription?
You can choose any size beverage when redeeming your subscription benefits.

How many times can I redeem my subscription benefits in a day?
You can redeem one eligible beverage every two (2) hours and can get unlimited refills of that same beverage each day.

Can I redeem my Unlimited Sip Club Subscription benefits at any Panera Bread bakery-cafe?
Yes. The subscription program is available throughout the United States at participating Panera Bread bakery-cafes.

Can I use my Unlimited Sip Club Subscription with a third-party delivery service?
No. At this time, MyPanera is not integrated with third-party delivery service providers.

Can I get a refund if I don’t use my Unlimited Sip Club Subscription?
No, we do not offer refunds for unused subscriptions, but you can cancel your subscription by going to the Subscription section atwww.PaneraBread.com/UnlimitedSipClub, or by visiting the Panera Bread app.

Can I share my Unlimited Sip Club Subscription with my family or friends?
No. This is an individual subscription tied to your MyPanera account. Benefits of the program are non-transferable.

Why did I receive a reward for a free beverage when I’m already an Unlimited Sip Club Subscriber?
Your reward for a beverage can be used to get an additional coffee with your order or may be valid for a beverage that’s excluded from your subscription.

How do I sign up for Unlimited Sip Club with a Panera Bread Gift Card?

1. Visit the Unlimited Sip Club page on the Panera app or web here.

2. Sign Into your MyPanera Account or Create One (It’s Free!).

3. Pick Your Plan (Monthly or Annual).

4. Add and save your new Panera Bread Gift Card number and PIN. Ensure this card has sufficent funds to cover your first paid renewal.

5. Click "Start My Subscription".

6. Start Enjoying Your Sips & Other Subscriber Exclusives!

How do I apply a Panera Bread Gift Card to an existing Sip Club membership?

1. Visit the Unlimited Sip Club Subscription Management pages on the Panera app or web here.

2. Sign into your MyPanera / Unlimited Sip Club Account.

3. Within the Payment Method section, click "Add a Gift Card".

4. Add and save your new Panera Bread Gift Card number and PIN.

5. Your Panera Bread Gift card balance will automatically be charged on your next paid renewal date.
