If you like coconut, or the classic eggnog, you will love the Puerto Rican Coquito! El Coquito is a delicious and creamy coconut drink, prepared with GOYA® Coconut Milk and sweet GOYA® Coconut Cream, cinnamon and rum. Traditionally this rich drink is prepared at Christmas and served cold. It is the perfect drink to toast with family and friends. Health!

Ingredients
- 1 can of Coconut milk
- 1 can of Coconut Cream
- 2 can of evaporated milk
- 0.5 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 0.5 cup of white rum (optional)
- 0.5 tablespoon of Nativo Vanilla Essence
- 0.5 tablespoon of grounded cinnamon
Preparation
- In bowl of blender, add evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum (if using), vanilla extract and ground cinnamon. Blend on high until mixture is well combined, 1-2 minutes.
- Pour coconut mixture into glass bottles; cover. Transfer to refrigerator. Chill until cold.
- To serve, stir or shake bottle well to combine. Pour the Coquito into small serving glasses. Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, if desired.
