If your Ninja Creami is not turning on, it could be due to various reasons including a few common problems. Let’s review a few common issues and see if that doesn’t fix the issue.

First, take a deep breath, it’s all going to work out. I am going to start with seemingly simple things that you probably didn’t do.

1. Check the Power Source

The first thing is to ensure that your Ninja Creami is plugged in properly. Check the power cord for any damage and make sure it’s securely connected to the outlet.

Also, verify that your power source is functioning correctly. You can do this by plugging another device into the same outlet to see if it receives power.

This may seem simple, but most people, including me, check this last and it’s the easiest fix.

2. Inspect the Bowl

The Ninja Creami machine may not start if the pint container isn’t placed correctly in the outer container or if the bowl just isn’t locked in.

3. Check the Outer Lid

Just like the bowl, the lid needs to be securely attached to the outer container for the Ninja Creami to function. (Or in the case of the Breeze model, it connects directly to the pint.)

Double-check that the lid that connects the pint to the main part of the Creami is snapped on correctly. You will hear it lock in place to the container and then again to the main machine.

If it’s loose or not properly attached, the machine won’t start.

4. Check the Creamizer Blade

I know I thought I’d never forget to put in the blade – until I did it. It never hurts to double-check and it’s a common issue.

If it’s in there, make sure it’s in the lid well. It will wiggle back and forth, but it should not fall out.

5. Reset the Machine

If the above steps don’t work, try resetting the machine. Unplug the appliance, wait for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Sometimes, a simple reset can resolve any potential electronic issues.
