The genderbread person explores how our gender influences, and is influenced by, the following elements: Identity – how you personally experience and define your own gender. Attraction – the way you're drawn (or not drawn) towards other people. Sex – your body/anatomy or physical traits.

The Genderbread Person is a tool that can help one to understand their own gender identity, gender expression, sexual attraction, and romantic attraction. Gender expression is the outward appearance that we choose to show the rest of the world.
