  • 2 racksbaby back pork ribs
  • 1 cup Weekend at the CottageBBQ SAUCE
  • sprinklekosher salt, about 1tablespoon
  • sprinkleblack pepper, about 2teaspoons

Directions

  1. Prepareribs: Remove silver skin from the underside of eachrackofribs. Rub bothsides of the ribswith a sprinkle ofkosher saltandblack pepper. Cover and leave to sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
  2. Preheatgrill, smoker, barbecue orovento 250°F / 121°C. If preparingribsin theoven, place them onto a foil-linedrimmed baking sheet.
  3. Placeribsontogrillgrates or inovenand cookfor 30 minutes. Turn them over and cook for 30 minutes more. Continue cooking for 1 additional hour, flipping every 15 minutes andbrushingliberally withBBQ sauce.
  4. When done, remove fromgrill. Cutribsinto single or two-boneportions. Serve immediately.
