Pork Ribs With BBQ Sauce

- 2 racksbaby back pork ribs
- 1 cup Weekend at the CottageBBQ SAUCE
- sprinklekosher salt, about 1tablespoon
- sprinkleblack pepper, about 2teaspoons
Directions
- Prepareribs: Remove silver skin from the underside of eachrackofribs. Rub bothsides of the ribswith a sprinkle ofkosher saltandblack pepper. Cover and leave to sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Preheatgrill, smoker, barbecue orovento 250°F / 121°C. If preparingribsin theoven, place them onto a foil-linedrimmed baking sheet.
- Placeribsontogrillgrates or inovenand cookfor 30 minutes. Turn them over and cook for 30 minutes more. Continue cooking for 1 additional hour, flipping every 15 minutes andbrushingliberally withBBQ sauce.
- When done, remove fromgrill. Cutribsinto single or two-boneportions. Serve immediately.
