Our organic white spelt flour was the first flour we produced. It's perfect for baking, creating delicious cakes, pastry, flatbreads, pizza bases and of course bread.
Do you know that by adding baking powder you can make your own spelt self-raising flour? Simply add 2 teaspoons of baking powder to 150g of spelt flour.
All our flours are free from additives and are not fortified.

"I’m just ordering my 3rd giant sack of the wonderful white spelt. It is so incredibly versatile: makes delicious seeded sourdough bread but also works equally well in cakes, scones and biscuits etc. Not sure I will ever settle for just tiny flour bags again!"

"White spelt flour is the only flour that I can eat. Normal fortified wheat flour doesn't agree with me, neither does wholegrain wheat flour. Sharpham Park white spelt flour is organic, stone ground, and more 'light' than 'white', with a fibre content of around 4.5g. Excellent product, I make bread with it and also spelt biscuits. I personally get through 3kg per week, and I don't know what I would do without it. I used to buy it from Waitrose, but during the lockdown there hasn't been any on the shelves, so buying direct from Sharpham Park works well. I have given 5 stars out of 5, because I cannot fault the product."
