@OptimumHelp It asks for my login then takes me to the dashboard. The mail icon goes away once logged in on the internet tab

@OptimumHelp It ask for his password. I went through the link and tried optimum imap & pop settings. Also the suddenlink imap/pop settings. Still can't login as it fails the test

Dealing with @optimum is impossible. Wasted 90 min today with their call center and never got resolution. Repeated holding, lost transfers and repeatedly being forced to start over. So frustrating.

@OptimumHelp Trying to cancel my cable service. Was told I can't because the name is still in my husband's name who had been dead for 7 years and Ahmed says he must speak to him. Are you effing kidding me? I went through this 7 years ago with you.
