you must have a ciusinart ice cream maker to make this ice cream. i will show you how to make vanilla ice cream.(also if you have a bowl of some sort that is plain white, put it in the freezer for at least a day, BEFORE making this ice cream).

Step 1: Ingredients

1. whole milk
2. sugar
3. pure vanilla extract
4. light cream (or heavy cream it doesn't matter)

Step 2: Mixing

mix 1 cup of whole milk with 3/4 of a cup of sugar in a big bowl.(it can be a glass bowl medium to large size. stir the whole milk and sugar together for at least 1-2 minutes at low speed with a whisk.

Step 3: Mixing (part 2)

after that, add 2 cups of light or heavy cream and 1-1 1/2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract. mix it altogether and you get liquid vanilla ice cream.

Step 4: Machine Mixing

again you must have the cuisinart automatic ice cream maker for this part. put the mixture in the bowl already frozen. turn on the machine and wait 30 minutes.

Step 5: Scooping and Putting the Ice Cream Away

scoop the ice cream into a large container in the freezer for two hours.

Step 6: Enjoy!

after two hours of waiting, take out ice cream and enjoy. it will not turn out like this. this is a different creation.
