As with previous Star Paths, the Lovely Monsters Star Path in Disney Dreamlight Valley includes many Duties requiring you to have Daily Discussions with various Valley residents. Sometimes, it's obvious who you need to talk to, but other times, it's not as clear. The Duty asking you to "chat with the Village's best deal maker" is one such task. However, this guide will help you figure out exactly who you need to speak to!
The description "Village's best deal maker" refers to Ursula, the Sea Witch. Her deals might not always turn out the way people want them to - just ask Ariel! - but she's definitely good at getting folks to agree to make a deal with her.

To complete this Duty, you will need to have two Daily Discussions with Ursula. This will take you two days, as you can only have one Daily Discussion with each Villager per day. After completing the task, you will earn 10 Scream Canister Tokens.
Ursula generally hangs out either in her house or in the various bodies of water throughout Dreamlight Valley. If you have purchased the Ursula's Transformation Dream Bundle and have her "Vanessa" Dream Style equipped, Ursula can instead be found walking around on land. Ursula sleeps from 6PM to 10PM every day, so you will need to catch her outside of this time.
