  • 1 cup heavy cream (250 grams) double cream
  • 1 cup whole milk (250 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 ounces dark chocolate (chips or chopped) (80 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
