Using the Garrett Wilson method (rookie WR), by drafting him in a fantasy draft in franchise mode, you then sim to mid season.
He should have 500 downs if not no biggie sim one more week. Go to upgrade players find him. Then go to edit player. Hit RB until you are on traits.
Change his trait to SUPERSTAR X FACTOR. Back out and view him again. He should have the superstar X factor badge and you have your achievement.
This goes hand in hand with that one other achievement "Stud Finder"

You should say that Edit is under Overview. Took me a minute to find it. Otherwise this worked great. 👍
