Your role:

We are looking for a super-driven and eager colleague to take our efforts to the next level. As our Office Manager, you will assist with optimising the overall efficiency and functionality of the office environment at our Amsterdam office, along with serving as the central hub for front-of-house and office operations. Your dedication will ensure a top-notch office experience for both team members and visitors.

Main Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of office spaces, ensuring tidiness and functionality of common areas such as the kitchen, printer room, and meeting rooms.
  • Manage the lunch set-up.
  • Handle mail-related duties.
  • Responsible for the parking garage.
  • Greet office visitors warmly and ensure they have a welcoming and hospitable experience.
  • Meeting room management.
  • Oversee various facilities, services, and vendors, including building maintenance, security, cleaning, waste management, and stationery, among other services.
  • Support the Events Committee in event coordination, ensuring the successful execution of ParkBee events.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the team (Onboarding & offboarding, presents, etc.)

You are likely to be a match if you:

  • Are a self-starter who is proactive, hands-on, curious, and motivated. You want to go the extra mile and get the job done!
  • Have experience in hospitality and office management/coordination.
  • Possess 4–5 years of relevant experience in similar positions.
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft/Google products.
  • Pay attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Can communicate across functions and seniority; you are a strong team player.
  • Are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Are adaptable and able to work in a fast-changing environment, and you want to contribute to the growth of an ambitious scale-up.
