Sure. We sell the cheese by the pound, packaged in a resealable plastic bag. The price varies with the market. Right now it is $4.99 per pound. Check that price against the grocery! We have found the cheese freezes very well also. |  |

Steaming versus baking keeps the potatoes moist and fluffy. We cook them for an hour and prepare them twice a day. The only drawback - no crunchy outside skin. | |

After we've cooked our spaghetti, we mix it with a specially prepared tomato sauce that adds both color and flavor to the pasta. The cooking process is completed by steam heating the refrigerated, prepared pasta before being taken to the steamtable. |  |

Our cheese is produced by LandoLakes. It has a strict specification for moisture, color and age. We use between six & seven hundred pounds a week - that's about 33,000 pounds a year or over sixteen tons. | |
