The team at Good Housekeeping offered up this tip in the January/February issue to enjoy Cosmic Crisp® apples: make them into chips!
- Very thinly slice four GH Nutritionist Approved Cosmic Crisp® apples and arrange in a single layer on baking sheets lined with nonstick mats.
- Combine 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp each ground cardamom and ground ginger, 1/2 tsp allspice and 1/4 tsp each cloves and nutmeg and sprinkle over apples.
- Bake at 200°F, rotating position of pans halfway through, until apples are crisp, 2 1/2 to 3 hr.
